Accessibility

• The most important parts of the Palais Royal de l'Alcazar are accessible to all, including the gardens, there are bathrooms for people with reduced mobility, and there's an elevator (just one) up to the Admiral's Chamber.

Tips

• The boat trip can be taken after visiting the monuments until the last visit at 7pm (present your ticket at the time that suits you best). Please note EACH ADULT CAN BE ACCOMPANIED BY A MAXIMUM OF 3 CHILDREN.
• When booking, please note that the maximum number of children per adult is 3.

• Moderate cancellation policy.
• Monument tickets will not be refunded if the visit is cancelled, as they are in your name and cannot be resold.
• Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the start of the activity will receive a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the start of the activity, 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the start of the activity will not be refunded.

Rules and restrictions

• Late arrivals will not be refunded. If the group is full, the visit will begin while waiting for an acceptable time for latecomers (around 5/7 minutes).
